‘Conference on International Air Transport Cooperation 2025’, hosted by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT), is in full compliance with the Privacy Act, Information Act and other such laws that protect privacy, and information of users will not be used for unspecified purposes or be provided to others without user consent.

A. Items of Personal Information Collection
Secretariat of ‘Conference on International Air Transport Cooperation 2025’ collects the following personal information during the registration process to provide registration and other services related to the Conference.

-ID(Email Address), Password, Nationality, Title, Name(First name, Last Name), Affiliation, Department, Position, Special Dietary Preferences, Phone(Direct) Number, Mobile Phone Number

*Website, Registration Form, Fax, Telephone, Email
*Information provided by cooperative partners and organizations



2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
*To identify registrants for confirmation or modification of registration details, and delivery of notifications
*Marketing and Promotional Use: Providing information or promoting events by phone, SMS, email and direct mail (DM)
*To arrange the accompanying person invitation for those that apply
*To use participants’ likenesses in photographs and videos taken during the Conference for promotional and documentation purposes, including publication on the official website and social media. If you do not consent to the use of your likeness, please contact the Secretariat in advance.



3. Duration of Retaining and Using Personal Information
We retain and use the collected personal information from the date that you first sign up to when the purpose of collection and use of such information no longer applies.

Furthermore, collected personal information is immediately deleted when registration is canceled, when the purposes of collection and use of the personal information no longer apply, or when the period of retention and use ends.
However, we retain the following information for the specified period for the reasons below;
*For handling of participant inquiries : 30 days after withdrawal
*For providing Conference and conference-related information: Until the contract termination



4. Outsourcing of Processing Personal Information
‘Conference on International Air Transport Cooperation 2025’ is hosted by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and operated by ONCOMMUNICATIONS Convention Services, Inc.
We may outsource the processing your information for the purpose of preparing the Conference.
